Woke up with a head ache this AM, thought I would just work on the house and take it easy. Somehow, though, between checking emails and indiegamer, I got sucked into working on Font Fiend. The program is finally taking shape and, while there are rough edges, it's really becoming the tool I had envisioned when I began the project last Spring. Today was easily the most fun I have had with the program - as a font geek I'm really eager to be able to put this into production and to be able to quickly build out cool looking fonts for new projects.
Should be raining again tomorrow but it's the start of the month so I will be out at the units collecting rent and a small front step that needs to come back to my workshop for repairs. Otherwise, I'm thinking a trip to the bank followed by some more tinkering with Font Fiend. Pretty soon I need to build a website tutorial so I can do a preview on indiegamer and see what everybody thinks.
