I was working on some documentation for Font Fiend this AM and hit one of those issues I spin about. When I refer to Rusty Axe is it and I or we kind of thing? Lot's of people have worked for me. The wife and kids probably feel they are part of The Mighty Axe. Matthew has been around for a long time as an independent contractor so... it's we right? But really, Rusty Axe is mostly just me, Lennard, sitting here in my home office (or out wandering the streets) thinking and working on games. I usually use the term we in describing Rusty Axe affairs for several reasons:
a) It sounds more official and grown up.
b) Somebody might get offended if I start saying I when every game I do involves several people contributing.
c) Someday it might be "we". Not anytime soon, I like the status quo, but who knows.
So, if you know the story around here and wonder why it's always a "we" thing when news announcements are made.. now you know.
