Selling Houses
Selling houses in Real Estate Empire 2 is accomplished by selecting the house that you want to sell and clicking on the Sell button in the lower right corner of the game screen. A dialog will come up that defaults to your house's estimated market value. You can raise or lower the price depending upon whether you want to try for top dollar or would like to try and make a quicker sale. If the bank decides to offer you less than you are asking, then you will be given the option to counter offer. You can take your house off the market or adjust its price at any time - dropping your price by at least 3% will result in the bank taking a closer look at buying your property and increases your chance of getting an offer sooner.
