Main Game Screen
From the main game screen you can do one of seven things. Clicking on a house that has a green spinning $ symbol on top will bring up
a house listing for that house which will give you information about that house and let you make a bid on it if you want. Clicking on a
house you have previously purchased - denoted with a glowing yellow $ on top - will let you work on renovations for that house, put it up for
sale and check out pending offers on that property. The green meter in the lower right hand corner of the screen is called the econometer and
will give you information about the state of the economy and whether it is improving, stable or shrinking. You can click on the econometer for information
about the economy in text format. The meter to the right of the ticker area shows you the current state of your credit - you can click on it
for a text report about your credit rating and to also see a chart about all credit rating requirements. The options icon will bring up a
screen that will let you control different aspects of the game, audio and music volumes and to quit the game. The portfolio button will bring
up a screen similar to the one that comes up when you click on a house that you own - there are arrow buttons at the bottom of this screen
that allow you to scroll through all of your properties if you have more than one. Last is the "next month" button which you click when you are done
all activity in a given month - a month will also end after the appropriate number of days have gone by.
