and fix things up at a discount. The realtor saves money and gets better offers when it comes time to sell. Playing the game as an interior decorator
pays big dividends when you can afford to buy higher end homes that can be presented better for quick sales at high profit. Having an MBA means you
have the savvy and the contacts to be able to get your money at market rates.
