Experienced players in a good market with a low valued home might opt. to save the realtor commission by selling on their own but lower priced homes
or weaker markets will often benefit from using a realtor to help get the best offer on your house.
Sometimes a house will sit on the market through an economic downturn and then have a house value that is significantly more than its asking price. The
easiest way to fix this is to remove the house from market and then put it back on the market, the default value will be just above its current
